holy smokes

so yesterday was an adventure with brynna.  she was fine all morning long...we took her to school for gt testing where she played with caleb and emily.  took her to take my mom to the doctor, then back to school to pick up dave, then waited in the car for about half an hour for my mom to be done.  we finally got out of the car after picking my mom up and headed to denny's...but since it was too full, we decided to go somewhere else.  i guess by that time brynna had had enough of the car because she did not want to get in.  she did not want to sit in her seat.  she fought me...hard.  i couldn't hold her in her seat and strap her in so dave had to come back and the two of us had to pin her down so i could strap her in.  it was ridiculous.  she screamed and fought and tried to break free of her seat.  we ended up going across the street to zippy's and she finally calmed down after i carried her for a while.  after some errands in sears it was time to get back in the car...and she fought again.  this time wasn't quite as bad.  then off to waikele...and when it was time to get in the car it was a fight again.  i yelled at her and had to use all of my weight and force to buckle her in.  ridiculous.  i was afraid that she was going to fight again today...but no, back to her normal self.  i think she was just overly tired yesterday and it manifested itself in man-like strength and mommy-like hard-headedness.
